Removal of Inactive eMorrison Users 12/3/2014 9:32:54 AM
Due to auditing requirements, inactive eMorrison users will have their logons removed on the 11th working day of the month after becoming inactive. A user will become inactive if they do not logon to eMorrison for 60 days. In addition, a user will become inactive if they have not sync’d their eMorrison logon to their network (AD) logon within 60 days of being setup in eMorrison.

To comply with audit requirements, the 30 day grace period for new users to sync their eMorrison profile logon to their Compass Network (AD) logon has been removed. This change was released on Monday, February 23, 2015.

If you need your AD password reset, call 888-295-7206 – listen for the prompts to connect to the PSG (Personal Systems Group). They can reset your AD password for you. Please check MyCompass for additional information on how to reset your password.
